Kerry, you also want to buy "Wonders" they increase your rent it will take 14 days for them to build but worth it as all your rents increase.. Also, buy cheap trees for around your houses, decorations add to your rent and help you complete missions... Do the missions that will earn you money... Just be careful not to go crazy with the trees like I did in one section. I could've built more homes, now I have a damn forest and you can't move em once they're there.

It costs $400-1000 depending on how expensive the tree was in the first place.. The briefcase in the left bottom corner when clicked on 3 things pop up the first one on the left is the movers, click on that and then on each tree you want to move and then click to where you want to move it, it will tell you the cost and you can say yes or no...
