“My music will go on forever. Maybe it's a fool say that, but when me know facts me can say facts. My music will go on forever....
Explain to me how this man knew and was so sure that his music would still be heard 27 yrs after he died. compared to others that pass and are forgotten. |

I love Bob Marley and he was a genius, but he was no prophet, just like Haile Selassie(The Rastafarian incarnation of jesus for those who have never heard of him) was also a mere man. He knew his music would live on because his music was innovative and brilliant, and in his own lifetime he was revered and adored so massively that it would have been obvious that his music would live on forever. If i was old enough at the time, i could have told you that.

I never said he was the best, but i did agree he was a genius. He is at least the best reggae artist of all time, by a long shot.
