Cowboys had a great year. Wade Phillips and Tony Romo just have to win a playoff game.
Good luck next year. |

time to move forward |

I agree, time to move on. Another Super Bowl victory is in the Cowboys near future, just not this year. What steps do the Cowboys need to take to make this happen. Some coaching changes will be made. Some of the players will not be retained. Some new talent will be acquired to include those drafted in April. It will be interesting to see in the coming days what the Cowboys do to improve their chances at success. Keep the faith Cowboy fans.

The record-setting salary Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett will garner may not make owner Jerry Jones popular with his counterparts.
But his coach doesn't mind. Garrett is the league's highest-paid assistant, eclipsing the $2.6 million salary of Redskins defensive coordinator Gregg Williams and will make near the $3 million head coach Wade Phillips pulls in. Phillips says he's fine with that. |

Okay now that we're over it, what do the cowboy's need to do to improve.
Should Romo dump Jessica? Should he give back some of the money paid to him for such a disappointing performance? Should the cowboys look elsewhere for a quarterback? How much is Wade Philipps to blame, and if not him then who? |

i don't really think he had such a disappointing performance. it's too bad that 'dropped balls' don't count as a statistic and instead are tallied up as incomplete passes. or the balls that are tipped and are counted as interceptions. and if the line in front of him cannot stop the penetration, there's hardly any quarterback that will still be able to have a good game, and win. <----- cowboy fan (i almost forgot to say so) |
