Your title got cut off but it could be a few different things. There are married who claim to be separated. There are married who want a side thing. There are poly amorous who like group things.

I work for a large company, and last year our insurance changed. We received notification that we can insure our spouse, children, or significant other. It goes on to explain "significant other" as life partner...I would understand this to mean gay mate or like sex partner. Yuck!!
