Welcome to Mingle2, AddictiveDillan. In addition to using one of the file types that we support (as hinted at by Aries151), you need to make sure the photo is not too big. Here are the size guidelines, which should help you:
When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length must not exceed 10000000. |

Hello everybody, i'm new too, and i tried to reduce as much as possible my picture filesize from 1,86 Mo to 231 Ko and it still doesn't accept my picture :( saying that my picture it too large!!
Do I need to diet that much ? lol --> I find the issue, the picture was realy too large, it wasn't the number of Mo or Ko ... Have fun guy ! |
