The author made a slight mistake, though. Dihydrogen monoxide is regulated in certain places.

anyhoot, read it, but the molecular formula isn't given - this is an obvious joke as dihydrogen monoxide's molecular formula is water - h20 - water - now that is a very interesting topic |
