Homemade onion soup here. 
Hi ya Betty! Is it French Onion soup? Love that too, with tons of cheese. That would make a good first course...then the beef and taters. All we need now is dessert

Anyone still here? I am having hot beef sandwiches tonight. My son in law gave me some smoked beef and pork from the fair (he is working at a food stand) so I am making mashed potatoes, some brown gravy, zapping the meat in the micro and calling it a great fast wonderful supper.  sounds great Mary. But I think I will stick with mt corned beef
Wanna trade left overs? 
Sorry, because I don't have any dripping from the meat so it has to be packaged gravy, but it still is good and I make a batch of mean mashed taters!!! as good as it sounds your awful eager to trade
I just love corned beef too....sheeeesh! well I don't have to worry about Jayne wanting my dinner this way

Tim, Thanks to Kevin's sneakiness, I had a couple- 3 of your favorite STRONG drinks at the fair last night....lets just say I ended up singing at the top of my lungs (along with a few hundred others) to Friends in low places and got my pic taken with my new buddy, Elmo
