A world ideal to even the most damaged mind
Death over flown of duties due to stupidity
The average mind drunken, weak and withering
The once well known Common sense of Man, no longer valued
The Glown of screens, screaming of nonsense and self pitty
What Sense is there left?
"Look both ways before crossing"
Can we say we "know" that already?
Does the person next to you know that?
Do they understand the reason?

What does the "Common Sense" of Today involve?

Are We ready for tomorrow?

Common sense is something we learn through experience and teaching. Unfortunately in today's world, kids are learning from the wrong sources of what most of society can agree on as sensibility.

From Lindsay Lohan in court with "F U" painted on her fingernail to youtube showing the latest insane video of an idiot putting his finger in an electrical outlet.

Maybe the show "Jackass" sums up the direction for tomorrow...laugh

It's a wholly anthropocentric concept. "Good" is what's good for mankind's survival as a species, "bad" is what's detrimental or destructive to mankind. As human beings, are we really in a position to be making these judgments, or does our "vested interest" blind us to a much larger reality? Might not "the world" (in whatever way you wish to interpret that) be better off without us?

"Common Sense" as a survival mechanism -- but our "sense" goes no farther than what our "senses" can deliver.

Are We ready for tomorrow?

There is always the hope that "we" (I use the term loosely) may evolve into something better -- Nietzsche's ubermensch, if we're very very lucky....

Yes, The world would be better of without us

But efforts to rush that may seem a bit extreme, maybe itime (not to far)

We make mistakes and some learn, some dont
