lean meat
veggies and fruit for carbs. good fat in moderation. (no saturated or trans fats) use canola oil or olive oil to cook with. no processed carbs (white bread is evil). whole wheat is much better. brown rice is better than white rice. Lots of water. |

Apples and carrots love me. |

I think you can eat anything and still be healthy.
just as long as you don't eat something excessively. ice cream for breakfast, lunch, and dinner isn't so great. |

I saw where one of the NFL players said he lost 35lbs on a "Cookie Diet." He ate cookies for breakfast and lunch with a regular meal in the evening. I'm thinking this would be an ideal one, if it worked. It's gotta be on the web somewhere. Did you try it with Nutter Butters or some good ol' homemade chocolate chip? I'm thinking it could work. Maybe those no-bake cookies, they have oatmeal in them!!! |

I just try and eat a balanced diet. Im not a junk food person per se but every now and again Baileys and Oreo's make a great dinner...One of the perks of single life!
