There are a lot of places less expensive.. LB is only a short drive.. It has a high tourist population, a lot of drinking 21 somethings and extremely high gay population.. A beautiful little town but kind of inconvenient to LA...

Hell, I didn't know all that. The prices, don't bother me. Yeah they're quite high, but the places I've seen that I liked ran in the $700,000-$1.3million figures. Even renting short term was around $15,000-$40,000 a month. Of course I want to live the fancy lifestyle and I'm not too familiar with the area, definitely close to the beach is a must and not too far of a drive from LA. You have any places in mind, and some with lots to do?

Did you win the lottery?
 There's Newport Beach, Irvine, Huntington Beach has the most night life, right by the beach is the most active, I think you'd like that.. I live in Tustin Ranch which is on the Irvine border.. Orange is quite eclectic.. I'm about 15-20 min straight down the road from the beach... Laguna Beach is only around 15 miles from me be off the "freeway" path so it takes a bit longer but it's on PCH which is nice...

Winning the lottery... something like that. I will have to check into those places. I really didn't know Laguna Beach was that bad, and I still need to keep my sons in mind too. I have to go right now, but I'll talk more with you about it all later. I'm definitely excited about it all.
