Yeah ... I was once such a pro at naps ...
I do love to lie down though and watch a great film, telly or read ... SOMETIMES chat on phone ... WISH for a laptop, thinkin' about gettin' an iPad ... Much as I can't afford it, still ...  Yeah, you've done this 12 to 20 before, uh ... I'm JUST saddlin' up for it ... Let the games begin ... ??? ...

Years ago I was starting up a new company and there was almost nothing to do once it was set up.. Things were sooooooo slow in the beginning, I did the same thing Ruth..

In my early 20s I ran the massage dept. of this great big biz club ...
Every 2 massages ... I'd book time in between sessions for a whirlpool and a nap ... That whirlpool was MAJIK, best I've EVER encountered ... 3 strong jets, one at feet, 1 at lower back and 1 right on neck ... repeated all around the seats ...PERFECT! ... NIRVANA!!! Never seen a whirlpool like it since ... ZOMG ... all these drunk, high powered lady lawyers were in there one day and it got, um, sexually scandalous and we had to throw 'em all out ... HA! --------->  <--- Next day!

I fell asleep at work once. Laid my head down on the desk for a minute. When I woke up, 15 minutes had gone by. In high school I worked for a company that sold/rented home medical supplies. One day there happened to be one of those electric hospital beds next to my desk. It was a bit too tempting on my (what became a two hour) lunch break. Needless to say, the boss was not as relaxed as I was when he found me. |
