normally, i log on, and cruise in the forums to say hi, then i end up logging off for awhile, saying i will be back in a bit, then i fall asleep lol. whoops.

Yeah, and I just finished the dishes. I have 4 teens here, and other than the ungodly amounts of laundry they go through, they somehow feel the need to dirty EVERY dish in the house. I'm thinking the have some kind of reverse OCD when it comes to moderation of use and dirtying stuff. ...but, I don't really sleep at night, so the alternative to counting ceiling tiles is cleaning and puttering, and harassing you guys.

you could just buy styrofome plates and cups,that way you can just throw'em in the trash

Tried that...a whole 'nother nightmare. My 18 year old will be getting his own place by Spring...and taking his girlfriend with him (she doesn't live here...but I swear it feels like she does ), and they will see what it's like to have to fend for themselves. SHE hasn't been taught much of anything, although my son is teaching her how to cook and do laundry, so they might muddle through, lol, but it's gonna be scary for a while. Then it will be down to my younger daughter and her boyfriend. She's pretty good at keeping things clean and orderly, and so is her bf, and they are both decent at managing money, so when they are on their own in about a year or so, they'll do pretty well. Then it's down to me and the 3-legged, one-eyed cat.
