Hi Deb. I think it is a little lady Jayne, Athoss told me what a ladette is. It's not an insult. Naturally, I was wondering, that's why I asked him. It's a British word meaning a woman who is confident, noisy (I do like to talk...a lot ), drinks alchohol (I don't), enjoys sports (used to!) and financially independent (definitely not me!). I'm gonna go eat breakfast. See you later! Good Morning Deb. Well that is me to a T if finanancially independent means I pay my own way. I think I like that term alot Oh I didn't think it was an insult. I don't think he would intentionally insult anyone.

When I saw his post about it being his last post, I asked him to try again. Remember when I first came? I felt totally lost & I felt like I put my foot in my mouth a couple of times. Anyway, I told him to try again 'til he gets to know us. Evidently, he must've thought he insulted us with 'laddette.' He was emphatic on letting me know it wasn't an insult. These keys are sticking really bad from the humidity. It's making it hard to type! Very frustrating

Sitting outside on my deck enjoying a BEAUTIFUL day watching tear jerker movies on the Nexflick computer site. It is 82 gorgous degrees with low humity....wish you all were here to enjoy with me!! Have a great afternoon!
