I like to shred my chicken too... sounds good, just had some today..

Yeah shred, cos then it takes up the herbs, or dill, and mayo, its not just some dry *** chunk.. it all blends, and sings shredded.

you can also add some ings to give it a different flavour and make it more healthful each time. Add chopped pineapple, carrots, raisins, cheese-cubed or shredded, etc.

Try adding some seedless grapes cut in half. Adds some sweetness and texture that seems to go very well with chicken salad.
Black pepper adds brightness. |
