my knees are shaking... People make me nervous... More so when its a women.... Want to smash open faces....but I know thats not nice.. How do you deal with being nervous?

Depends, I have high anxiety, so I'm kinda always nervous.

Different people deal with being nervous in different ways. Some listen to music. Some work out. Some do drugs. Play board games or video games . It very's from person to person. Even chewing gum or eating junk foods, or drinking pop.

yea make sure you get the root extract.....though I cannot think of any company stupid enough to use the leaves.
