3 bell green peppers sliced in strips
sweat the peppers in the pan with liquid fat first till brown and the throw in ice bath

2 jars of ragu spaghetti sauce or any sauce

dry lasagna one box of it

mozzerella and blue cheese 2 8 oz bags

spices - dash of paprika and black pepper salt to taste
garnish lasagna with crimini mushroom broiled on a toothpick

fill lasagna and combine cheese and sauce and bake in layer form
serve with a side of whole green beans and white bread.

i have to admite i love lasagna
but this sounds gross.. i wouldnt even think about trying it

Sounds good, but I like a little meat in lasagna. :wink:

i find that a veg lasagna tastes great when cooked in a white sauce instead of the spaghetti sauce. You can make the sauce yourself.
(Melt butter, add flour, stir, add milk gradually, cook a minute, add cheese, season with salt and pepper).
