OK - I get it - your post has inspired me to greater optomism... the day I ran in the Air Force Marathon 5K run, and my son joined me (always a dream of mine to have one of my sons run a race together) and I finished under 30 minutes. I was 47 years old B4 I got my fastest 5K time....cool |
