oh wow, I never thought I'd see anyone on here that participated in parkour. what a shock to me, I do but I've had knee problems and can't do much anymore.

Especially not, Parkour or free running is a life style, not just an activity. Don't be cornered in your urban surroundings, take flight and use them to your advantage, get over these obstacles and don't let your mind and body flow with the simplicity that god intended it to be. Not controlled by a concrete and landscaped jungle.
