is there anything you eat that you really don't care for ? |

About the only time I'll eat something I know I don't like is when I'm eating as a guest at someone's home. I'm not a big "hot spicy" fan, but will suffer the burn if it's what was served. Regardless of what was served, I will always compliment the meal, even if it was horrible. It's just good manners.

are nasty ( i don't care for them anyway) is there anything you eat that you really don't care for ? They're processed food anyway. Eat natural foods. No fats; sugars; carbs; oils or processed wheat and dairy. BTW, bread and cheese is evil in case you didn't know already. I'm such a kill joy, eh? |

We shouldn't eat more than 12 tablespoons or 40g of added sugars a day. Zone Bars average 30grams of sugars per bar! That's almost your whole day's allowance! There are so many other food choices you can have - and get more food - for the same 300 calories. Try a BBQ'ed chicken wrap with loads of veggies for only 250 calories! Ingredients: Whole wheat Pita wrap 20 grams BBQ'ed chicken breast/cut into strips Quarter medium avocado Fresh spinach or sprouts Diced tomato Diced cucumber Sweet Chili Sauce |
