[/Not that anyone cares but worms dont come in tequila they come in mescal (agave cactus) hard liquor..common american misconception like that its an ancient mexican tradition, when it was really a marketing ploy started for mescal in the 1950s and is mainly consumed by americans looking for "authentic" mexican .. love thequila though everytime my brothers and sisters are all in one place we do a Double shot of jose to start the night. |

i love tequila thats my fav. but i also cant drink it streght i have to mix it with 7-up or mountain dew.
i had a old bf yrs ago while we were together accuse me on drinking the whole bottle while we were having a get together... it wasent even me i didnt touch it... it was the old bf and his buddy they drank that whole bottle streght within a hours time... i didnt even want to deal with him that nite, i ended up calling his sister to come and get him for i didnt want him in the house. if i buy a bottle it last me approx 3months or so if that.. geeze i bought a pint on new yrs and that lasted me about 4months

Ugh... the last time I drank a whole bottle of straight tequila, I was 21 years old and wound up AWOL for days and was found unconscious on a bench in a mall in Cherry Hill, NJ. To this day, I don't touch the stuff and I still have no idea how I got to where I wound up.

To this day, I don't touch the stuff and I still have no idea how I got to where I wound up. Lord that sounds like me! I was 17 and ended up having to apologize to practically my entire hometown the next day! Apparently I tried to beat up my ex boyfriend and chased my ex best friend around her car to beat her a$$ too (found out that night that they were sleeping together...hence the downing of an entire pint of tequila by myself). Ended up going to the drive-in with a bunch of friends squished into the back of a Datsun 240Z....NOT a good thing when you haven't eaten, consumed too much tequila and no A/C in the car!!! Did they REALLY expect I wouldn't throw up???   THEN...to top it all off....one of my best guy friends tried to stick his hands down my pants!!!  Needless to say...I stay away from tequila for not only my own health and safety but others too!

It seems most people have a good story about a "tequila morning." You know, when you wake up, head splitting and it seems like someone left a foot in you mouth all night long. You may not remember what happened the night before, but you remember the "tequila morning."
Mine was when I was 21, we were in Mexico, and I remember having a shot contest with my buddies. We actually had to go to the bar to finish it, because we ran out of tequila at the condo we rented. I remember going to the bar, but that's about it. The next morning I woke up in a strange place, in a bed with two people I'd never met. Actually, a room full of people I'd never met. Raging headache, stumbling down the street trying to find my own residence and wondering "what the hell happened?" I've always assumed if I was that drunk, nothing much could have happened. That's my story and I'm sticking too it!!
