I just found out while I was at work we had gun shots in the neighborhood. Just what we need!!!! This park is just across the street from me http://www.kcrg.com/news/local/Shots-Fired-at-Cedar-Rapids-Park-No-Reports-of-Injuries-98850729.html My goodness Tim! Sounds like gang crap. Stay safe! It is ridiculous to be that way around little kid's wadding pools! It makes you scared to even go to parks anymore. We have a lot of crap go on here too related to gangs, mostly Hispanic any more. Wow I'm glad I live in a small town! if you go to the web site the 3rd picture my house is to the left off screen where the cops is

What is a splash pad? kind of a king size water area, the got rid of the baby pools because they can spread germs http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Splash_pad So it is just a big sprinkler

its a nice park, Coe Collage takes care of the ball diamond so they can use it. If you like to watch base ball its free
