A co-worker's son just married a woman with a daughter whose dad lives
in Oregon, the court wouldn't let her move to Washington, so the co-worker's son had to transfer jobs and sell his house and move to Oregon so she wouldn't lose custody of her daughter. Wonder if the Oregon court system is different that way. And after all that, the father shows up for visitation, spends maybe half an hour, barely talks to the kid and leaves. Don't think Washington state is that way. Amazing how some states laws differ. Wish I knew something to help. |
