i started joggin two weeks ago ...i think i did something to my knee feels like someone is holding a blow torch to it ..i can walk fine any fast OOOOO does it hurt ..hope i didn't tear anything

i did track in high school. I did high jump, long jump, discus, hurdles, 4x4, and 4x1
