Where is WACO? It's about an hour from where I was born...Temple, Texas. Oh yeah....Goof is a Texan. I hear Amarillo is a nice place.

I used to live in Lubbock which is west Texas. I have lived in several cities here actually. Just not a lot of big names.

Heavy pollution and urban conjestion. Texas is loaded with great places. The hill country just north of Houston is gorgeous. I do hope you enjoy the trip. If your cabbie accidentally hooks a left and heads north for 8 hours....look me up. I will let you whip my @ss but, only if you promise to pin me for a 3 count.

Way back in the day, late 80's, the people of Texas were very kind to me when I was at Ft. Sam Houston. aka Fish Sticks. (FSH TX) or Ft. Resort.
