Hahaha..so I was booking my flight and I saw a dropdown menu for
"Seating Preferences," so I thought I would check it out and one of the
options was "Smoking." I was like, WOW! I totally didn't know you
could smoke on a plane. I was actually thinking about it earlier today,
because I do smoke and I thought to myself, there's no way you could
smoke on a plane. But, apparently I was wrong.
Does this fascinate anyone else?

yes It is amazing to me,seeing as how you can't smoke anywhere else
these days,they'll let you do it in a enclosed space. makes no sense to
me

That's exactly what I was thinking...you can't smoke in a bar or a
restaurant, so there's no way they're gonna let you smoke in a plane,
really high up in the sky....yeah. Crazy, but I didn't choose that
option anyway. I think I can wait an hour to smoke.

true I use to smoke but i quit, mostly I only smoke when i get really
upset then its only 2 or 3 any more & i get sick

Gosh our whole state is non smoking.

I am trying hard to quit. But my job and personal life have been a
little stressful lately so that hasn't helped much. But I still only
smoke not even a whole pack a day, usually 15-18 cigs. So that's not SO
bad, but bad still. It's hard when you've got issues...I always need
something to calm me down.

But yes, smoking is quickly becoming banned in most states..in WV you
can't smoke in a restaurant or anything anymore. IN WEST VIRGINIA!!!
To me, that is just crazy.

Can you still smoke in public places in PA and NY, I wonder.....that's
where I'm headed in a few weeks.

PA is still smokin - but they are working on
legislation to ban it in the workplace. I
wonder what flights still allow it if any?

I don't know...all I know is that it was a seating option for the flight
I just booked to Philly.

that must be a really old drop down. They don't allow smoking on any
flights anymore.
