my morning did not start good at all, my clock never went off so i was late to getting to my gymnastics this morning, but two girls thought it would be fun to get into another girl locker and take her things like clothes and tear them all up, i thought i would be nice and take her to my house and give her some of my clothes, but the two girls told the coach that i did it and i was sent home because of it the coach call my dad and when i got home my dad freak out on me and he took me by the arm to my bed room and with out talking about any of this he took his belt off and spank me like some little kid and i am 19, but my question is what can i do for a bruise my butt is so red and sore can i do any thing for it, any help would be great,,, |

Let me think about his...I assume you live with your father? I don't think he should have actually spanked you BUT I agree with the grounding part. Everyone here acts like JUST because you are 19 nothing can be done to you. You MIGHT be an adult BUT you still live in his home!!! I am glad the truth came out in all of this, but you should be happy that your father cares enough about you to correct you!! IF you are not happy about the way he wants you to behave, I would say move out and support yourself!! IF YOU LIVE IN YOUR PARENTS HOUSE...YOU HAVE TO LIVE BY THEIR RULES!! I THINK ITS REALLY PRETTY SIMPLE  it is a little hard to move out when i don't have a job or a car or any place to go to live, its a hard life... she's right about living under his rules, even tho i don't think it applies here. get a job, start making some money, and move out...it may take some time, but you have to set your goals in order to achieve them... no one ever said life is easy, but you do what you have to do. live by his rules, and do what you can to move out...what about college? dorms are a good start for young adults, and the government is helping with financing right now too. talk to a college recruiter for some help there. |

I would just like to ask,What rule did she break??????????????????She was judged and beaten as soon as she entered her house!
Come on people.There is no exscuse for abuse>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Don't defend such actions in any maner.Living under his roof or not.What he did was WRONG anyway you look at it.
