Tears falling from my eyes

That I am not good enough
I am not perfect
Wiping away my tears
Whispering softly that my fears are wrong
I am good enough for you
I am perfect in your eyes
You do not see the scars of ugliness
Only the beauty within me
How it shines outward
From my eyes
From my smile
You whisper to me that darkness cannot exist with out light
Light cannot exist without darkness
That pain cannot exist with out love
Love cannot exist with out pain
That the past is what makes the future
The future is what makes the past
You see me in all my nakedness
Accepting it because it is me...
