You know those shoe shapers ...............Well i'm here to tell you I have 3 pair & they really do work! Of course they won't really help you loose weight, but they will firm you up! The first month I had them I would wake up in the middle of the night screaming with my calves killing me! I do HIKE a lot, but not in those shoes because they weigh about 1 pound each!

I want a pair but not for $100!! Oh, but it's totally worth it! You can go to Payless Shoes & they have a brand called Champions they are about $40.00 just go try thrm on I ordered mine off Sketcher web site shipping is free I have the BOOTS & tennies luv them!

SKETCHERS are awesome! I have a pair. Nike would be my other choice. New balance is good to. Give LA Gear a try. All good shoes for men.
