Like Harrison Ford said in "Six Days/Seven Nights."

"You know what a woman needs to do to turn a man on? Show up. We're guys and it's that easy."

On a more personal note, I like a woman that looks like trouble from a mile away.

I understand Mel's point of view... I don't want kids and I prefer a guy who feels the same way. It's not a deal breaker if he already has them tho.

Oh and I totally respect you both for your opinions & preferences. Actually I think it's great when you realize it's not your thing, and don't have them for obligation sake and then either neglect, abuse or abandon them. That is despicable. pitchfork I wish those who did would find out ahead of time they tooo are not 'into' children.

I just think the word "breed" sounds like a term for animals  .. since I do love children it sounded very awkward in terms of creating them laugh

It just struck me funny

I'm glad you found it funny. I do mean it "tongue in cheek". flowerforyou

Having children to me is awkward – and strangely enough unnatural - so when I say "breeding like animals" that's how I see it.

I grew up on 20 acres. Animals breed and if we didn’t control it with sterilization – breeding got out of control. I see this problem with people too except people are supposed to have more common sense and cognitive reasoning. laugh

We both have respect for different lifestyles - and we can giggle at each other. OMG - does that make us "mature"??? *eww* laugh

oops

Back to Myka's list!

the closer you get to the center of the country the larger the midsection of the men, on average.

There is a reason this guy is posing in the picture and not a mingle2 member. Those of us here are 'normal'...well in the way that your using the term anyway. That's why were here and he's not. Were all a bunch of average Joe's and average Joan's.

If I got offended, being called 'normal' would offend me...I strive to not be 'normal'.

all i'm saying is if this is what it takes to get a woman started through visual means, i'm never going to get that engine to turn over.

There's always tequila? drinker

Maybe for some women 'he' would be what it takes. Personally, to me he looks like a child, has no chest hair, which I prefer and is probably so conceited and arrogant that 5 minutes of conversation with him would make me vomit. I'm pretty sure 'he' isn't what it takes to get EVERY woman's engine started....

I live in California and the guys look similar to Travis in terms of style. The closer to SoCal a person gets the better in terms of great bodies. Plus, I live in a gym as my career. I see a lot more of this type than not. This is a fairly close example of normal to me.

This in no way describes his personality or intelligence. This is "The Superficial Thread" remember! Read Myka's first reply.

As you said, different parts of the country yield different types of people. It's all subjective. flowerforyou

Roaming, he is not skinny. He is fit. winking If he were skinny you wouldn't see muscle definition.

I don't like skinny guys but I also don't like average to heavy either. He is Goldilocks' porridge to me - just right!

Opinions, right? slaphead laugh We all have 'em. I'll bet there are at least 50 women on this site that thinks Travis is not attractive.

Some girls like fit guys...some girls like fat guys....some girls like rich guys...some girls like poor guys....and on and on and on.

What is normal really? Is it was society chooses to be normal? No...normal is how you live your everyday life. Normal is being comfortable with who you are, regardless of what the TV says, or what some random female down the street says. Normal is what ever you make it out to be....if you dont like it, you have the option to change it.

I prefer younger women, not little girls. But I fit better with younger.

Smart, not long thoughts on the meaning of life, or discusions on war and peace, just good inteligent yaking.

Witty and funny make me drool, and drooling makes me laugh, till it's time to clean it up....A smile and a laugh are priceless.....

I desire and lust for a passionate woman, that is confident and a challenge.....A little friction, creates heat, heat creates fire, and fire lights up the bedroom, the kitchen table, the stairway, the backyard, the floor and the chandelier.

MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, women make me drool.
