Excepting whatever woman becomes 'yours' wants to think she is 'special' .. saying you aren't picky means she is no different than some loser chick you might chose. Women don't like being 'just like everyone else'  if shes mine, i choose her and she choose me, that makes us both special... so she would be a lot different from loser chicks  WEll for her maybe. The OP might want to realize that when he completely cuts/pastes an article from online he is SUPPOSED to cite it. For those of us who didn't read the ENTIRE diatribe from top to bottom we could have seen right off it was taken from someone else. SIGH. Too picky for who? The people who aren't getting the dates they want? People complain that others are too picky way too much. Everyone has preferences. Why should we change those to make others happy? I'm not going to date someone I'm not interested in just because he tells me I'm too picky and should be more open. Just because someone is not into you doesn't mean they're too picky. It just means they have preferences and you don't fit into those. It isn't the end of the world. Perfectly stated!

I have 40 in my dating pool across 4 counties (ie all of southern california) lol I chose 3 SoCal counties, Santa Barbara and one San Fran county. I omitted the county that includes Compton! Those are the only 5 I selected; I didn't even choose Sacramento
