Amber alerts are very tricky, and really, almost pathetically pointless. America's Most Wanted has worked better than the silly Amber alert. The process one has to go through just to get an Amber alert issued is ridiculous, on top of the most important time window being that first 24 hours after someone goes missing.

If someone is kidnapped, within 24 hours they are out of the area if not dead, an Amber alert takes a few days...crucial time is wasted because of that really useless alert, created for a good reason, just doesn't provide what it was created for.

Well, there seem to be some missing things here such as colors? Were any words spoken? How many people were in the dream? Just the two boys? Or, were there more?

The "Cat in the mouth" could be symbolic of "cat got your tongue". This would imply that someone has a 'secret' and you should look to the other parts of the dream to find out what it is.

As far as listening to the gentleman who told you that translating your dreams wasn't "healthy", I advise the opposite. Our dreams are about the events that are bothering us during our waking life. So, the more you seek understanding, the more you increase the odds that you will resolve what is bothering you successfully.
