Hmmm, hard one. A couple of wolf statues, probably.
I wasn't in a relationship with anyone, but have received some neat items from guy friends. One friend sent me a bear claw, raw chunk of amethyst, raw opal, and a book called Anam Cara by John O'Donohue from West Virginia. We've drifted apart since then, but I do treasure them for the coolness. Another friend sent me some foreign money. That's up on my bookcase right now. Another friend brought me a huge chunk of raw smokey quartz when he came back from Scotland. And my girlfriend in Scotland and I send little goodies back and forth, rocks, seashells, stuff like that. As you can tell, I have a thing for rocks. LOLLOL! |

Got to meet her circle of friends and co-workers. They were very challenging intellectually and communication-wise as well as topics of discussion, since they were doctors, lawyers and engineers. I learned a lot during those years.

I've never been given material gifts; all of the gifts I've received have been intangible. I'm also excluding going out, meals, vacations, etc. The greatest gift I can think of is the ability to learn and move one without bitterness - to be happy for someone else even though it may not be with me. That being said, what does it take to get a diamond ring??  
Finding a dude crazy enough to buy one?
