Crab Benedict
Crab cakes mix clean Jumbo lump backfin bread crumbs lemon juice white pepper mayonaise eggs old bay roll in 2 ouce cakes english muffins oven toasted and braised with butter two poached eggs...(I prefer quail but any will do) bernaise sauce broil or fry crab cakes to golden brown serve with side of fruit |

Down home biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy, tear the buiscuits up first then put the eggs on and break the yolks so the buiscuits soak it up good then top it with the gravy with big ol' pieces of country style pork sausage in it. The secret to good gravy is making sure your rue browns long enough before you add the milk and add a daddy sized pinch of sugar to the rue, not enough to make it sweet, just enough to wake the salt up. Served with fried potatoes with onions and green peppers and a big juicy orange and a really cold glass of milk. Now I'm hungry!
