Hi Mich559,
As said, this site doesn't full support all cell phones. That may be why you are getting that message. Your best bet is to email a picture to your main email address and then borrow a computer to download it To download....Go to the "My Account" tab and then click on the "Edit Photos" link just below your picture. Next, click the "Browse" button and locate the photo that you would like to upload on your computer. Finally, click on "Upload" and your photo will be added to your profile. Please note that if the file size of your photo is large, it may take a little while before the upload is complete, so please be patient. Repeat this process to add more photos.
