Could also be that you have sleep apnea... I had to do a sleep study and they put me on a machine that lets me breathe deeper at night.. ask about that...

Im hoping that there is some medical ppl out there. For teh longest time now. ( really cant remember how long ) I dont have any energy, and want to do nothing but sleep. But whenever I do lay down and sleep, I can only sleep up to only an hour and a half at a time. This goes on morning, noon, and night. 24/7. 7 days aweek. Its really getting to me. Please. If anybody has a suggestion, besides going to dr. ( which im calling tomorrow to make an appt) Please let me know

It can signify a whole lot of different things from low iron to major diseases.

I recommend going to the doctor and if it doesn't get solved keep going back until you get the answers you need.

As you can see from everyone's replies, there are so many reasons for having fatigue. I would suggest seeing a doctor and having him do testing.

Hope you feel better soonflowerforyou

Sleep Apnea is quite often accompanied by snoring. You think you are sleeping but you never actually reach rem sleep. I was waking up 160 times and hour. Went to the Dr. exhausted so many times and it took 3 years to diagnose. The CPAP takes a little getting use to, but what a life saver, literally. Meditation and relaxation exercises can also help, especially if stress related. Good luck.

I have had chronic fatigue since last Dec.. Been tested for everything including my heart.. I am diabetic but its not my sugar as its under good control...they treated me for depression for a while but then I would either sleep all the time or not at all.. It really has slowed me down...

I am now on Vit B-12 everyday, also prescription Vit D.. As I'm out in the sun all the time, didn't realize that I could have be low in D. I think winter is really hard on some people and you have to make an effort to take better care of yourself.. I'm doing much better now. I found out too that stress was a big factor in my life...
