Most of the time I really wonder what other people are wondering about. I wonder if that's what most other people wonder too.

I wonder about visible patterns in people.
Do you touch people when you're talking to them? Do you correct your parking angle even if it's only a little off? When you let someone go ahead of you in line at the store do you smile passively or lovingly? Do you keep direct eye contact? Why? Wondering is exhausting. |

I used to, but I don't really think that way anymore. I really learned to love and enjoy myself, and enjoy situations and people, so I guess with all that change and learning I don't really think or dwell on anything like that.

It's wonderment in the sense that everything I experience outside of myself is mysterious, and thus full of wonder for me.
Figuring it out is part of my childish attempt to cling to impermanence. I wonder how many people have heard the Rodriguez song "I Wonder". |
