Lost In Nocturne

The violin weeps
Through the stillness of night,
Sharing it's emotions,
Deeply Contrite.

Through this nocturne of sorts
A stained canvas is washed,
Black and gray feelings
Paint a picture to watch.

The tune floats on wind
Supported by it's cares cried so deep,
Touching the heartstrings
While feelings unleash.

The whisp of a cloud
Strung before the full moon,
Gives way to a figure
That waltzes alone
Within midnight's own noon.

A figure of care
Through a mist of deep thought,
Steadily forgetting
A life that was sought.

The silhouette, a person
Waltzing just what they feel,
Gives into the music,
Attracting a whisper's appeal.

So flowing and agile,
Both figure and tune,
Sharing a peace
Unlike so many things do.

Here is expression
Painted in solitude night,
Forgotten all hazards
Springing up in a life.

Here is found peace,
Though sad you may think,
Paint your own nocturne
And from it do drink.

Let go for a moment
And listen intent,
If only for moments
Life could be always like this.

Get lost in the movement
Speaking pains from the heart,
Waltz with the music,
Giving peace it's own start.

Let it flow through you
And paint what it may,
Though somtetimes not seen,
Wonderful pictures are made.

Hey there KC. Been Taking care of mom since we found out she got kidney cancer. I never knew she did so much work around the house...lol. She'll be comming home next week from the hospital. We're hoping they got it all. Sorry I've been away so long. Hopefully I'll be back more often now. Good to see you again my friend.
