Any suggestions on a media player that will sync with a Zune MP3 Player. Needs to be 64 bit and NOT Zune software.

Any suggestions

I just use Napster and Windows media player. I have a Walkman media player that's compatible.

You can try Winamp? I think that's the one. I haven't used that in a long time though.

Winamp is pretty good. It should work off the bat but you might need to download a plugin for zune.

ok this was his reply....again I have no clue about any of this laugh

neither support the zune media player, and with the size of my media library winamp is not up to the task and windows media player 11 has a 64 bit version but i do not trust it, windows media player has corrupted my library before and with the Zune software being so intermingled with Windows Media player but still having issues with my library im looking outside the microsoft box. My sound card is Creative but Creative is only syncable with it's Zen MP3 players
What i need is a professional grade media player built for a 64 bit operating system (vista) that will utilize my sound card, and can handel a extensive everchanging media library

Ummm ever think of the Zune player? Windows Media Player 11 is actually a lot better than the last ten finally but I use Zune player for all my music and it's great. Don't see any reason why you would want to use a different one.

Winamp can sync many portable device as well as being less of a resource hog when compared to other media players.

Ripping has many encoding options.

To many other options to add

u can do a direct file transfer between ur devices

OR - and I suggest this cos I don't quite understand ur problem-

search MS for updated drivers for your Zune. The Media Player that comes with Vista really is pretty good and already is built for ur OS. I would prefer somewhat more fluid indexing options tho......but anyway - only time I ever had trouble with sync and Zune was when the drivers were outta tune (sorry - couldn't help it)

u could try REALPlayer- but it reads by the song like itunes as far as I can remember - if that doesn't bother u Itunes & Real can handle some volume
