Take 36 nice pork chops and fry them to a golden brown. Take a large pie plate and place twelve on the plate for the lower crust. Use the next twelve as filling and of course the last twelve as the upper crust. Serve hot! Makes one serving!

That recipe was a variation of my grandfather's by my father. The original was as follows 36 bar-b-gue pork chops. 12 for a lower crust, 12 for filling, and 12 for the upper crust. My grandfather's also included as a side dish......cold beer! Followed by cursing of cars that were trying to run him over.....that were not there! Granpa was fun!!!!
