I want us to patrol our borders as should have been done all along. I want them to get the illegals who are here identified, processed, given some kind of punishment or fine for their failure to come in here the right way and put them to the back of the line for citizenship. And get our borders under control. The failure to control our borders is the top reason we have the problem we have now.

I will not ever support racist laws that can violate civil rights.

Arizona is a shame to us for their ignorance and unintelligence.

how about we make them pay for a work visa and let them work for a period of time and then have to return home like everyone else has to do.

No need to send them to a place they no longer consider home. If paying for the work visa or whatever would be considered a punishment fine.

I am in total opposition to allowing anyone who has been here a few months or a few years to stay because they don't want to go home. That's ridiculous. Everyone else has to go and so should they.

I disagree, they have created a life here and should be punished for their not doing the right thing but they are here and living already.

after 2 months? you can't be serious..

If we don't catch them crossing the border illegally then we have to treat all who are here the same. So if they are living here, we have to treat them as if they are trying to make this their home.

If they are not willing to do the punishment, then we offer them a trip home as their only other option.

But none of this can be done without the borders being secured. So it is basically irrelevant without securing the borders.

I agree. Have them pay a fine and send them to the back of the line in their country of origin.

They knew the risks when they jumped the border.

All, 100% of the ones I know consider Mexico their home.

Northerners ain't got a clue.

"We should insist that if the immigrant who comes here does in good faith become an American and assimilates himself to us he shall be treated on an exact equality with every one else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed or birth-place or origin".

"But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American and nothing but an American. If he tries to keep segregated with men of his own origin and separated from the rest of America, then he isn't doing his part as an American. There can be no divided allegiance here. . . We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as Americans, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boarding-house; and we have room for but one soul loyalty, and that is loyalty to the American people".

Obama’s Immigration Department Won’t Process Illegals From Arizona
21 May 2010, 5:40 pm

Obama Administration’s Department of Homeland Security U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says that they will not do their jobs and process the illegal immigrants being sent to them from Arizona. What good are they if they will not do what they are there to do, which is to enforce our immigration laws.
Jackass John Morton says that our U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement will not process illegal immigrants caught in Arizona.

John Morton says that our U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement will not process illegal immigrants caught in Arizona.
Public Enemy.

If the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement knows that someone is here illegally, they should uphold our laws and process those illegal immigrants. That does not necessarily mean that they have to deport those people, but they should look into it and see if they are criminals or terrorist, or at least why there are here, how they got here illegally.

Unfortunately the terrorist friendly Obama Administration will not act on the problem unless it helps them in the polls, or is beneficial to the administration in one way or another.

A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.

John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports.

“I don’t think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution,” Morton told the newspaper.

The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws.

The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not “good government,” Morton said.

In response to Morton’s comments, DHS officials said President Obama has ordered the Department of Justice to examine the civil rights and other implications of the law.

“That review will inform the government’s actions going forward,” DHS spokesman Matt Chandler told Fox News on Friday.
______________________________________________________________________

Things will get much better after we throw the entire corrupt pro-open borders Obama Administration out on their *****, and replace them with people who will actually uphold our nation’s laws.

TELL OBAMA TO SECURE OUR BORDERS NOW!!

I can't wait until November and when the voters give Obama, Reid and Pelosi the flying finger.

Okay then earn your damn citizenship. Get to it cause I know you ain't done it yet.

What ******** is that.

Our ancestors came here and squatted and got citizenship.

They came here wrongly and should be punished but it is not that big of a deal.

Punish them and get on with making them citizens.

All this hatred does is drag out something that is really not that big of deal.

You have no real response. You have nothing but nonsensical diatribes. Your position is so absurd that you ran out of BS and resorted to this..

It's hilarious..

No you have no valid response.

But I won't laugh at you, learning is painful sometimes.

All I learned from this experience is that my contempt for progressive BS is well founded and easily dealt with..

That isn't all but okay.

I am not progressive. I am a human and stand for humans.

Citizenship must be earned. It should not be given based on the fact that you did something illegal and didn't get caught.

As for equality, anyone in this country for any reason must then be afforded the same privileges.

A tourist from latvia or a student from somalia.

You can't have it both ways..

I think you are a little more selective than that.

Nope pretty much all humans. All races and cultures, all sexual backgrounds, all sizes, all economic backgrounds, etc...

I think I cover them all.
