Just had another tornado touch down about 50 miles from here last night, thank God it was in an unpoulated area, Just another routine night in the Midwest!!!

Been through a couple of twisters...They are unpredictable and nasty things.....I always had a plan to survive them, place to hide, extra food in that safe place....I was lucky, but helped dig out 7 people... Take care out there Mikey

It depends alot of people rely upon there house insurance, when Hallam got hit, the whole towm was dertoyred!! I knew 2 families that lived there, the devastation was sickening!!! FEMA finnaly stepped in over 2 years later and the town is rebuilding, U just take your chances when ya live in Tornado alley!!

Thats always been a thought of mine. Why do people live there? Is the the thrill of surviving? the lack of $ to go elsewhere?

Becauase this is what we have lived with for Many years!!! Nebr. is praie land with rich history of our ancestors settling this land and our native brothers and sisters that have lived here for ever!!! We are a harty breed here that are survivors thorugh floods, torados, blizzards and horrible heat during the summer!! Wwe wouldnt have it any other way!!

Sometimes the storms dont matter any more, it is what it is. But Thank U sweety! Todays not a good day for me!!!
