Cilantro's Rum with a Punch --------* ingredients 375ml of Amaretto liqueur 500ml pinemto liqueur 175ml Appleton VX 175ml clear syrup lime juice and water to taste 1 bag of strawberries METHOD: Marinate strawberries in Amaretto(At least 1day ahead)Place in freezer 2Hours before serving . Chill martini glasses and garnish with your favourite hern . Serves 8

Not a drinker....I'm one of the sober ones. Nice to be an observer instead of a performer. The 8 years of bar tending turned me sober.
