Thanks Trevor! this is why i took my nephews and we tp'ed their spring training facility...got into the stadium around midnight and had the run of the place. played on the field, ran around like kids, they even stole the line-up card off of the dugout wall...we had a blast until we were kicked out! last year we stole first base...(god those kids have a cool uncle!) lmao! |

this is why i took my nephews and we tp'ed their spring training facility...got into the stadium around midnight and had the run of the place. played on the field, ran around like kids, they even stole the line-up card off of the dugout wall...we had a blast until we were kicked out! last year we stole first base...(god those kids have a cool uncle!) lmao! Hooligans! Sounds like a great time and they even had to kick you out, epic! I need to attend spring training some time. A few years ago when our ballpark was only 7 years old, when the team was out of town they had a cocktail event down on the field for all of the season ticket holders. We got to go out onto the field to walk around and eat appetizers, drink wine, go into the clubhouse... etc. My Dad and I were down in the dugout and he starts telling me to block him. He's like "cover me, hide me for a sec!" and he pulls a sharpie out of his pocket and lays down on his back under the dugout bench (in a suit!) and graffitis the underside of the wooden bench! I think he wrote Mike <3 Joni, my parents names. It will be there for as long as the bench is. haha |
