Camel Spiders. They are more closely related to tarantulas. Those are some BIG ones!

Is that blue one a cobalt blue male tarantula? The reason I say male is their coloring is a little different & they are usually a tad smaller than the female.

They can be a little feisty with their owners sometimes!! I don't own anything like that but I do still have a pic of me with a long azzed python around my neck that I was dumb enough to pay $5 bucks to get taken!rofl

What's the 3rd one down, Andy? Looks like a shell?

Those things are all over the place in my woods.

I think the camel spiders would mess me up. I'm good with the bigger spiders generally, but that's a bit overboard. Heck, I'll toss grasshoppers at the ones that put up webs on the house, but ummm, yeah. That would probably bug me.

I believe it is called a Peppercorn Spider or a Crown Spider.

here is the South American Goliath bird eating spider..

The previous one is a Golden Orb Weaver from Australia.

A young Banana spider...

The huntsman spider from Australia!

and of course the baddest of the bad,

This little bad boy can and does bite through boots. During their breeding season males wander out to look for females and they are aggressive as hell. They just attack anything they come across except for other funnel web spiders unless they come across another male. Their bite does kill humans very easily!
