Where would you go???

Now I definitely made up my mind I was not going where all the sheeple go. I am planning a trip to Trinidad in November in their off season because it is like their Spring. It is February when they have Carnival and according to my Trini friends the place is insane for a whole week. I am going more for relaxation and the beaches of Tobago. I am not doing anything even remotely resembling work for two weeks. After that though I am having some strange ideas. I was thinking of a summer fishing trip to Canada like Slave lake or one of their larger lakes. Then again I also have entertained the idea of an Amazon river trip starting from Peru and ending in the Atlantic.

FISH SAFARI! I want to go on a month long Fish Safari catching only the strangest and new stuff not seen before in stores! I like my vacations to have some adventure in them not involving men with guns unless I am going hunting. That is not exactly a priority of mine. Now I have gone fishing in places I had to have a gun with me for my protection. Canada has some big bad bears as well and to them I am only Spaghetti dinner. Some of the best fishing I ever done was in some of the most God forsakenly distant places no one ever thought about having fish. Unfortunately some of the spots I found also had stuff like Mountain Lions and bears living there as well. Better safe than sorry!

Now the idea of going somewhere I would need to hire a body guard? Talk about a suck fest.

Right now I really wish I could go to vegas for my 30th bday.....but I will be in school this summer so no fun for me

I would love to go to The Azores and Lisbon. I have family there that I havent seen in almost 20 years. It would be nice.

I always wanted to go on a fishing trip up in Canada. They call them fly in fishing camps. Just a secluded lake and get to fish for a week...

i just booked 10 days in myrtle beach for this july.

i don't know what it is, but i've always loved road trips and i'm planning on seeing a new state with the kids each summer. we were going to do a southwest tour but i don't know how i'd feel doing THAT much driving!

the grand canyon is still definitely on my to-do list.

I own one.... My lake is big enough to land a hydroplane but I ain't got one In fact I'm considering selling it.
If you guys get to Montreal, I'll 4 X 4 you guys up there for the best speckled trout fishing ever!
