I'm not exactly obese 5'10 185lbs, but I could lose 30 lbs or so.
You can see from my fat face in my profile pic.
Now if I was 185lbs of solid muscle, I would be very happy, but that would require spending hours every day at the gym instead of working.
I also just graduated from college 4 months (with a BA in Film and Media Arts ago) and still haven't gotten my career started.
The other thing is that I have really thin hair and am balding. According to studies, women on online dating sites find bald men 5 times more repulsive than their hairy headed competitors. How would you rank the imporance of losing weight, growing back some hair(or even all with a hair transplant), and getting my career started(right now I just work at Best Buy).

Well....whats the most important in your life right now?

If its money...do the work thing.

If its health...lose the weight.

If its women....you better find a way to be all three at the same time.

HA HA HA!!! Just kidding.

Do this....

Get your career started. Instead of worrying about gaining all that muscle. Work on losing some weight. Eat healthier, go for a jog or walk. All you need is 30 minutes a day of exercise to get started. If your worried about going bald and cant afford the transplant, just shave it all off for until you can.

In my opinion, your weight is just right. My son is 5'9" and
175 lbs., and is perfectly proportioned and healthy. If you
wanted to lose a little though, like was already mentioned-just
work out a few minutes a day to lose and tone at the same time.
As for work-Best Buy? There's nothing wrong with that, at least you're working, many people are not,
and consider it a stepping stone while you get to where you want to be while you're working
on your career of choice. As for your hair, many don't mind, but
for the ones that might, and for yourself, there are many products on the market that can help.
