My favorite would definitely be Belgian style ales... pale, golden or dark love em all I absolutely love Belgian beers. I'd move there just for the beer. My favorite would have to be Hoegaarden, a Belgian White. It doesn't look too good when poring it, it looks clear, but it's a great wheat beer. Hoegaarden is good but I like a little more flavor (and alcohol content) in my beers

When I want alcohol, I go for whiskey or tequila. As far as flavor, Hoegaarden, I think, has a great smooth unfiltered flavor, which I love.

A full body beer with great taste, after taste, and able to be able to have another.

I like to try new stuff from time to time....i guess Im an ole fashion Irish boy who sticks to my Guinness...the warmer the better...... Smithwick's topped with some Guinness...Black and Tan heaven.

We have some really nice micro brews here in Oregon.... One of my favs is " Dead Guy Ale". Produced by the Rouge Brewery. From Washington, there is the Scotch Style Pike Kilt Lifter Ruby ale. Just a couple ales that are pretty good in my book. Then, Alaskan ales are good too. Those are some of the bigger micros around me. There are several small lables that are outstanding too.

The Double Dead Guy is quite splendid as well! I saw that at the breyery last weekend... I haven't found them else where.
