My favorite is "the Crucifix" because I don't see any way out of it. I know this site has several MMA competitors. How can you get out of "the Crucifix"?

My favorite is "the Crucifix" because I don't see any way out of it. I know this site has several MMA competitors. How can you get out of "the Crucifix"? It is my favorite position because you can pound their head at your discretion, crank their neck, or go for a choke hold out of it.

honestly i couldnt say i have ever seen the crucifix but it sounds cool
