I'm super-sensitive to the moon cycles...and I love the full moon fires I do each month..I've already done three this week. When I'm toting around to much garbage, of my own doing or what I allow from others it's a great release to give it to the fire. I know I'm far from perfect...if I can improve myself by taking it to the fires I'm gonna do it. Tonight I feel like dancing and howling around the fire..again! I want to join you know I am going to howl at the moon I don't care what my neighbors think

yes, saw it rise tonight, kept going out to look at it tonight. It affects people the way it affects the tides. Since we are made up of mostly water our brains and body feel it also. Worked with profound and severely disabled children. On full moons there was always tons of activity going on- high energy, restlessness. I heard psychiatric residentials get really crazy during the few days of the moons cycles.

awwww...sounds wonderful! Love my back yard fires... drums, flutes, rattles, chanting...just an all over feel good. Even more stunning up in the canyons..but wow wee, what a sight your getting. Good gawd, would love to be there with ya for that..wow!!! |

I am ususally an outgoing person but when there is a full moon I become quieter and reflect more on what is going on in my life.

My moods can be all over. Generally I'm more hyper at night with full moons, tend to be up longer and go for walks in the woods if I can.
Sometimes, I'm more melancholy. Last night, though not the full moon, was lovely celebrating Beltane. I'll post pictures tomorrow night of the fire. |
