I am getting a message when I try and send emails (last night and today) that I have reached my limit for the day. But the day has changed ? Or is it a 24 hour clock starting when you reached the limit?

I am unsure, but I have a feeling it's 24 hours because there are individuals on this site from all over the world.

I'm not sure exactly what the limit is. I've did well over a 100 with one person several times within a day. Not sure if it's a total amount or based on per contact. Here's another question similar to yours posted a few days ago but doesn't give an exact limit.

Welcome to the site, redslogin. The limit is not based on a 24-hour time period and it only affects first-contact emails, but I can't get into too many specifics here.
